Previous services included Appraisal and Home Inspection, in May 2007 we expanded our
services (based on demand) to include property preservation / management services. These
services required BVHS Inc. to subcontract with licensed contractors to preform both major and
minor repairs when needed.

About how BVHS Inc. Got started
In Dec 2000 the owner of the company Vianey Santibanez was involved in an accident that
left him with two broken legs. At that time he had no idea what he was going to do. A friend
Rick McCall asked him if he would be interested in appraisal work and that he would help
him by being his mentor. Vinny being grateful studied while he was still in the hospital bed
and decided to start BV Home Services. (Or Barbara & Vinny Home Services)
